Our History

SE Ellis Enterprises started in August 1998. The company began in a simple garage by Sandra Gillis, then moved to a warehouse in Cartersville, Georgia.

The business was taken over by her husband, George Gillis in 2006. SE Ellis Enterprises started selling parts to the D Coca'Cola Company "the initial order a special project for Burger King" and has been growing ever since.

In May 2016, the company was sold to Brian McBroom, who currently heads operations.

Our Team


About Current Owner, Brian McBroom

Before becoming the president of SE Ellis Enterprises, Brian previously served as Director of Enterprise Risk Management & Operations Excellence at Cummins Inc for five (5) years and Director of Corporate Staffs Finance for nearly three (3) years.

Prior to joining Cummins, Brian worked at Chrysler LLC for twelve (12) years in a variety of financial management roles including International, Treasury, Manufacturing, Product Development, Engineering Research & Development, and Corporate Financial Activities. He also served as a Claims Adjuster with Allstate Insurance for nearly two (2) years and worked at Coca-Cola on the Burger King Account Team.

In terms of philanthropy, Brian serves as Secretary/Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Centra Credit Union, the fifth-largest credit union in Indiana (prior Chairman on the Enterprise Risk Committee & previous Chairman on the ALCO Committee). He also served as Treasurer for the Columbus Parks Foundation Board of Directors. In addition, Brian successfully completed the Georgia Mentor Protégé Connection program (formerly known as the Governor’s Mentor Protégé Program) in 2017 and D Coca'Cola Company Supplier and Development Institute in 2020.

Chief Financial Officer
Danielle is responsible for accounting, invoicing, and preparing the financials for the company. She has 20+ years of experience with Quickbooks.

Laura Zedek

Chief Procurement Officer
Laura is responsible for purchasing, order entry, and customer service for the SE Ellis Enterprises.
